Most Flood Products Are Never Really Tested
Here’s an uncomfortable truth about the flood protection industry: a large share of the flood products sold across North America are manufactured overseas, shipped here, and distributed with little to no independent flood testing behind them.
The spec sheet looks reassuring and the marketing sounds confident, but no one has actually flooded the product, on purpose, to see where it fails. The first real “test” happens on a customer’s building, during an actual storm – which is the worst possible place and time to discover a weakness.

Our standard isn’t “minimal leakage.” It’s zero seepage. Products are held against sustained water exposure and inspected for any sign of water making it through. Anything less doesn’t meet the standard.
Stress and load testing
Floodwater doesn’t just sit there – it pushes. We stress test products to evaluate their structural durability and strength under the mechanical load that water, pressure, and debris apply during a real event.
Real-world pressure simulation
The deeper the water, the harder it pushes. Our flood testing simulates the pressure of genuine flood conditions, so results reflect how a product behaves when water depth and force climb, not just how it looks in a calm demo.
