Stephen’s career began long before Flood Risk America was formed. His passion for flood prevention was ignited on the front lines as part of the Hurricane Katrina Recovery Team, where he witnessed firsthand the human and economic toll of flooding. In his own words, during the chaos of Katrina, he felt “nature be still” — and in that moment, he knew something had to be done to prevent and mitigate future flood devastation.

With over 20 years of experience in Flood Risk Analysis, Stephen has dedicated his career to flood zone preparedness, flood disaster management, and helping property owners secure better flood coverage, lower deductibles, and improve sub-limits.

Tiffany has been instrumental in the flood company’s growth and success. She has helped shape Flood Risk America’s brand and share its mission, stepping into co-founding leadership, where she now oversees operations, builds strategic partnerships, and drives excellence across the business.

With almost a decade in flood risk analysis and mitigation — and a Master’s in Advanced Holistic Nursing, Board Certification as a Holistic Nurse, and eight years as a nursing professor — Tiffany blends technical expertise with people-focused, compassionate leadership. She builds meaningful relationships with clients, vendors, and partners that form the backbone of FRA’s success, ensuring the flood company remains a trusted, integrity-driven leader in flood protection.
